TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. A non-refundable deposit of £50 per person is payable at the time of booking.
2. The balance of the cost will be invoiced one month before commencement of the course and is payable immediately.
3. Should the hotel cancel at any time, a full refund of all amounts paid will be made.
4. Should the client cancel the course within one month prior to the date of commencement, the client will still be liable for the balance of the cost of the holiday, less cost of meals. We suggest that clients arrange adequate holiday insurance to cover this eventuality.
5. Fees are quoted per student occupying a twin or double-bedded room.

COURSE INFORMATION

Course fees cover tuition fees, en-suite accommodation, full cooked breakfast, morning coffee (if in hotel), a light or packed lunch, afternoon tea, a three-course dinner and coffee.

The course starts with a pre-dinner get-together with the tutor at around 18:30 and tuition starts on the following morning at approx. 10:00, continuing until around 16:00. The studio is still available for use after tuition ceases.

The course ends after breakfast on the day following the final day’s tuition.

Student numbers are limited to a maximum of 10, thus ensuring a good level of tuition for all participants.
